Also, while we were at Round Top we stayed at Rachel Ashwell's place for a night. It was soooo awesome!!!
And yes, we met Rachel!! I was a total dork and took a picture with her...
I know...I'm a dork. But you know you would've done the same thing!! :)
We've also worked on TONS of pieces since then. So I have lots to show you. Here is a chiffarobe that a friend gave us (yes, gave us - Thank you, Kim!!!). It turned out sooo cute!
We also have some exciting news. We have rented a booth with a friend in a local antique mall. It is going VERY well!! I'll post pictures of the booth soon and more of the pieces we have been working on!

which antique mall? I'd love to see your work up close and personal.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE the Chiffarobe! I want one!
ReplyDeleteMe too. Which Antique Mall? On occasion I get up to Spring and there are two I like to visit. Maybe you're in one of those. I only know where they are...not the names. One is in a shopping center right on the corner of I-45 and is it 2920? The other one has been there since the 1980's and it's in a large building off of 2920. I think it's 2920, but I could be wrong. Right across the street is Enterprise Car Rental offices. These places are right near each other.
ReplyDeleteI so need to plan a trip to Round Rock! Looks fantastic. Hope you're having a grand evening! Toodles, Kathryn @TheDedicatedHouse
